Situation: This apartment complex is located in the tourist centre approximately 200 m from the nearest beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity (100 m away) and links to the transport network are also situated in the nearby. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is 12 km away.

Lodging: The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar, carpeting, central heating, air conditioning (individually regulated) and balcony.

Services: Renovated in 2004, this hotel comprises a total of 339 double rooms spread over a 5-storey main building and a 5-storey annexe block. The buildings are connected by 4,000 m² of well-maintained gardens. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange counter. Further facilities include lift access, a café, two bars (lounge bar with terrace, lobby bar), a games room, an air-conditioned restaurant (non-smoking area and highchairs for children), several conference rooms and an Internet terminal. There is a playground for younger guests.

Board: Guests may select their breakfast, midday and evening meals from varied buffets. Dinner may alternatively be taken à la carte Guests have the opportunity to book either a half-board, full-board or all-inclusive stay.

Sports: In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a children's pool as well as a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a pool/ snack bar. Further facilities include an indoor swimming pool (heated until the end of April) with a Jacuzzi and a spa centre with a diversity of offers (for an additional fee). Leisure options include table tennis, beach volleyball, bocce and minigolf as well as, for an additional fee, pool. There is also a seasonal entertainment programme with shows, dance and live music to provide some variation and amusement for guests.
