Situation: This elegant comfortable hotel is ideally located on the esplanade in the Bay of Palma, close to Bellver Castle and the cathedral. The historical town centre, which offers scores of shopping and entertainment venues is within easy walking distance (10 minutes) or may be reached by making use of the public bus service. The nearest stretch of sandy beach lies 7 km from the hotel and the airport is approximately 8 km away.

Lodging: The tastefully furnished rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. They are also equipped with a telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a kitchenette, central heating, a balcony or terrace and a safe.

Services: This hotel was built in 1974 and completely renovated in the year 2000. It offers a total of 361 guest rooms spread over 8 floors, of which 24 are singles, 338 doubles and 18 are suites. Guests are offered a sun terrace, a substantial lobby, lift access, safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. There is also a games room, a café, a cosy bar, a pub and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Business guests may make use of the 19 conference rooms, some of which have a capacity of up to 350 persons. Room and laundry services are also available, and there is a doctor on call. The hotel has its own on-site car parking facilities.

Board: El Laurel Restaurant is an intimate setting for discovering and enjoying the hotel's interpretation of Mediterranean and international cuisine, through a careful selection of dishes and desserts, and an extensive bodega with a great variety of wines to surprise and delight guests.

Sports: The YHI SPA can be found on the first floor of the hotel next to the outdoor pool.

How to arrive: From Palma de Mallorca airport: Take the exit for the MA-19 highway towards Palma de Mallorca and follow it for 9 km. Enter Palma de Mallorca and continue without turning off along the Paseo Marítimo/Avenida de Gabriel Roca seafront road until reaching number 29, the location of the hotel.
