Situation: This hotel is located at the tourist centre of the town, just across the promenade from the kilometre-long fine sand beach. It is just a few minutes to the centre of El Arenal and the Playa de Palma. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. Links to the public transport network are also found within metres of the hotel's entrance.

Lodging: The pleasant rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone and a safe. All rooms are tiled, have a balcony and are fitted with central heating as standard.

Services: Built in 1966 and renovated in the year 2000, this beach hotel has 130 rooms spread over 9 floors of which 12 are single room and 118 are double rooms. The hotel also has a small (180 m²), pretty garden. Amongst the hotel's modern facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange facility, 2 lifts, a hairdresser's salon, a TV room and chess lounge. Dining options include an air-conditioned restaurant, a cosy bar and a café. In addition, guests may take advantage of the public Internet terminal and a bicycle hire service as well as secure bike storage cellar. Furthermore, there is a laundry service and medical assistance is available on request.

Board: Guests are offered a buffet each morning, midday and evening.

Sports: The hotel offers guests use of the swimming pool with integrated children's pool as well as the furnished sun terrace that are located in the outdoor complex. A sports club is to be found some 800 m from the hotel that has 3 tennis ash courts (floodlight), 4 squash courts, 5 bowling lanes, minigolf, a heated indoor pool, a sauna and a gym. Banana boating, water skiing, diving, sailing, pedaloes and horse riding are all on offer from local providers. Bicycles (additional fee) and a seasonal entertainment programme round off the hotel's offerings. The nearest golf course lies some 6 km from the hotel.
