Situation: This city hotel is situated in a street parallel to the Paseo Maritimo in the Armadams district of town, in the immediate vicinity of the tourist area. A splendid yachting harbour is just 200 m away. Illetas Beach is approximately 3 km from the hotel. Convenient public transport links are within 50 m, the airport is 10 km away and a golf course is 5 km away. There are scores of restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and nightclubs in the surrounding area (within 300-1,500 m of the hotel).

Lodging: The comfortable rooms include en suite bathroom facilities with a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, radio, minibar, double bed, tiling, carpeting, air conditioning, central heating and a safe (on payment of an additional fee).

Services: The hotel was built in 1945 and renovated in the year 2000. It consists of 73 rooms over 7 floors of which 12 are singles, 54 are doubles and 7 are suites.
