Situation: This city hotel is located in the commercial and cultural centre of Palma de Mallorca. There are various shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants in the surrounding area. The area attracts a young, international crowd. With the local bus, there is the opportunity to visit El Arenal, Illetas beach, Cala Major and other worthwhile excursion destinations. There is a bus stop in the neighbourhood as well as at Plaza de España. Son Sant Joan airport is some 20 minutes away (around 15 km). The ferry harbour is located around 5 km away and takes around 5 minutes to reach by car.

All rooms feature a wooden floor and furniture, and were renovated in 2007. Some rooms have a king-size bed, and some offer wireless LAN Internet access for notebooks.

Services: The fully air-conditioned hotel consists of an 8-storey main building with a total of 77 rooms, of which 8 are singles, 64 are doubles and 5 triple-bed rooms. In addition, the hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lift and a café on the second floor. There is also a TV room, as well as a conference room for up to 57 persons, a storage room and a bicycle cellar. Room and laundry services are also available.
