Situation: The complex is situated just 50 m from the beautiful beach of Son Xoriguer. Some 250 m away guests will find the lake of Calan Bosch where there are various shops, bars, restaurants and amenities. The closest city is Ciudadela, about 10 km from the complex, which can be easily reached by bus from the bus stop 20 m from the complex. Mahon Airport is some 50 km away.

Lodging: The 53 bungalows each have 1 or 2 bedrooms. The 1-bedroom units are on the ground floor or are built as a duplex with another unit, and the 2-bedroom units are all on the ground floor. The units consist of a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen, complete with fridge, oven, glass-ceramic cooker, dishes, cutlery and more, as well as 1 or 2 bathrooms. An en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double bed, a direct dial telephone, a satellite/cable television and individually adjustable heating all comes as standard. The units are lovingly finished with real wood, and each covers a surface of 60 or 80 m². Each unit comes with an 8 m² terrace. Guests may hire a safety deposit box.

Services: The complex was built in 1992 and its most recent renovation was in 2005. It consists of 53 bungalows. These spacious bungalows are set in a beautiful natural environment and offer guests the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. There is a reception desk, where a number of different languages are spoken. Guests can also make use of the large lobby, the hotel safe, the currency exchange facility, the TV lounge and the property's wireless Internet access. There is also a laundry service (charges apply) and a dry cleaning service (external), and guests are given the opportunity to rent a car or towels for their stay. There is ample parking on site.

Sports: The outdoor swimming pool is set at the centre of the complex, surrounded by the garden and bungalows, and can be accessed via a network of small footpaths. Guests can relax at the poolside, where loungers and parasols are laid out for use. The complex offers guests use of a small gym with a rowing and running machine, steps, an exercise bicycle and a treadmill (minimum age 18 years). There are tennis and Spanish padel courts just 50 m away. Son Parc Golf Course is a 50-minute drive from the hotel.

Comments: The reception desk is open from 9 am to 1 pm and then from 4 pm to 8 pm. Restaurant, bar and spa not available at the property.
