Situation: This apartment complex is located on Calan Bosch Beach on the west coast of the island, just 400 m from the beach. The centre of town, restaurants, bars and links to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity. Mahon Airport in Menorca is some 58 km away.

Lodging: The functional apartments come with an en-suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, fully-equipped kitchen (including a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities), air-conditioning, safe deposit box and either a balcony or terrace. Water and electricity are included. Room cleaning and towel changing occurs 3 times a week, while sheet changing is once a week.

Services: There are 200 apartments in total, and the complex is surrounded by a garden area. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange facility, café, bar, restaurant, TV room and Internet access. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car as well as 1 restaurant and 1 snack bar

Board: Breakfast and dinner are both served as a buffet.

Sports: 2 swimming pools (1 outdoor pool and 1 children's pool) with poolside snackbar, sun loungers and parasols feature, as does a sunbathing terrace. The nearby beach is sandy and comes with sun loungers and parasols (both subject to fees). Entertainment programmes for both children and adults are offered.

Comments: In the apartments water and electricity are included. No animals permitted. Room cleaning and towel changing is 3 times a week and sheets are changed once a week.
