Figueretas' sandy beach is easily reached across the promenade. Ibiza and Playa d'en Bossa are only around 20 to 25 minutes away from the apartment complex. Guests will find plenty of shopping venues, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues in the vicinity.

Lodging: The inviting studios and apartments are fitted with a combined living/bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone and a TV, as well as a kitchenette, a balcony or terrace and a safe. The apartments additionally include a separate bedroom.

Services: This modern complex comprises a 5-storey main building and a 4-storey annexe building with a total of 165 apartments. The complex also includes a 24-hour reception, as well as 2 lifts.
